VPG Onboard Weighing is pleased to announce that it has been awarded Gold status in the Dennis Eagle Supplier Recognition Awards 2025. Launched in March 2025, these awards are Dennis Eagle’s first formal supplier recognition programme, assessing performance across on-time delivery, product quality and adherence to their Supplier Code of Conduct.

The Gold award reflects consistently high performance throughout 2025, with VPG Onboard Weighing achieving over 98% on-time in full (OTIF) delivery and fewer than 5.00 parts per thousand (PpK) quality incidents on a rolling six-month basis.

Dennis Eagle, part of the Royal Terberg Environmental Group, is the UK’s leading manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles (RCVs), serving over 60% of UK councils. VPG Onboard Weighing’s vehicle-mounted weighing systems are used across the waste management sector to help operators stay within legal weight limits, optimise payloads and reduce fleet wear and tear.

“This recognition from one of our most important OEM partners is a testament to the dedication of our team,” said Richard Collins, OBW BD & Sales Senior Manager. “Delivering reliable, high-quality weighing solutions is fundamental to what we do, and we’re proud that our performance has been formally recognised by Dennis Eagle.”

The Supplier Recognition Awards programme will continue into 2026, moving to a rolling 12-month performance window with additional assessment criteria. VPG Onboard Weighing remains committed to maintaining and building on the standards that earned this year’s Gold award.

VanWeigh units are worth their weight in gold!

Nick HatchettStores Supervisor, Booth Dispensers Ltd, UK

I have just ordered our fourth VanWeigh system in two years for our growing fleet of VW Crafters. VPG Onboard Weighing fitters are polite, courteous and well trained in their knowledge of the units being fitted. Vehicles are left clean, tidy and ready for work.

The VanWeigh units themselves are worth their weight in gold. There is no fiddling about to add up weight, just load the vehicles and the unit does the rest. Drivers can see straight away if they need to alter their load to spread the weight.
