TruckWeigh is built around the solid-state weighing mechanism VPG Onboard Weighing introduced in 2010 — and nothing else in the industry has caught up. Robust, lightweight and quick to install, it helps HGV operators run safer, more efficient vehicles that stay within load regulations.
It monitors load distribution on each individual axle, whatever the suspension type. That protects you from fines for load-limit breaches, and lets you push payload right up to the legal limit on every journey. Competitive to buy, and low cost to own.

TruckWeigh's sensors are inclinometer-based, not spring-based. Each one is solid state, so once it's fitted there's almost nothing to maintain or recalibrate — and accuracy holds at ±2.5% in the 90–100% GVW range, where it matters most.
The driver doesn't have to do anything. The indicator reads every axle and tells them where the load stands, with audio alarms and on-screen alerts in their own language.
Each level pairs an audio alarm with a visual alert, so a limit breach is never missed — and the driver can rebalance the load before setting off.
