Safe Unloading

TipWatch gives tip-over alarms while the bed goes up.

Uneven ground, rain, mud and heavy loads make tipping risky. A shifting surface or a moment's lost focus can make a vehicle slip or tip over during unloading. That is why every BulkWeigh system for tippers now comes with TipWatch as standard.

Ground level and axle balance

TipWatch monitors ground level and axle weight distribution throughout tipping, so imbalance is detected as it happens.

Alarms and optional auto stop

If there is a risk of tipping over, clear audio and visual alarms sound. The system can also be set to stop the tipper automatically.

Monitor from outside the cab

With VPG Connect, operators follow weights and alarms on a mobile device from a safe spot with a clear view of the unloading.
