Suitable for vehicles with a GVW of 7.5 tonnes to in excess of 50 tonnes, TruckWeigh is a revolutionary overload protection and load optimisation system built around an innovative solid-state-sensor technology. Flexible enough to be fitted on vehicles with any suspension type and with any number of axles, it delivers accuracy better than ±2.5% (90-100% GVW). It monitors axle weight individually alongside gross vehicle accuracy for 360-degree insight into load bearing, and features telematics output for remote fleet monitoring.
VanWeigh®
Making use of our patented inclinometer technology, VanWeigh delivers high accuracy overload protection and load optimisation for all two-axle light commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes. Suitable for standard coil, leaf spring or air suspension, VanWeigh is easy to retrofit, simple to operate via a colour touchscreen and does not require re-calibraiton. A telematics feed option is available.
Our front fork scale system is a unique solution for all front-end refuse collection loaders. Rugged forks fitted with weight sensors simply bolt onto the front of your vehicle are suitable for both in-motion and static weighing. The accompanying electronic display shows individual bin weights and total net payload weight and is capable of recording up to 1,500 events including: date, time, stop number, pick-up weight and exceptions.
